Property Insights is provided by 1118, LLC at https://insights.1118.io.

Use of the Service

Property Insights helps service businesses review Jobber requests, property context, and service recommendations before quoting or dispatching work. You are responsible for confirming prices, schedules, crew assignments, and customer communication before taking action.

Property Insights is a decision-support tool. It does not replace your responsibility to review the final quote, customer message, schedule, or service plan.

Property Insights V1 reads approved Jobber information but does not automatically create or update Jobber Requests, clients, properties, quotes, jobs, messages, or customer communications. Jobber remains the system of record.

Accounts and Access

You must only connect accounts and review workspaces that you are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe access has been compromised.

Third-Party Services

Property Insights may connect to third-party services such as Jobber at your direction. Those services remain governed by their own terms, permissions, and availability.

If a connected service is unavailable or changes access requirements, some connected workflows may pause until access is restored.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Property Insights to access data you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security controls.

Ending Use and Data Requests

You may disconnect Jobber to end the integration's authorization. Disconnecting does not by itself close your Property Insights account or delete application records already created from connected information.

Send account-closure, access, or deletion requests to the support address below. The Privacy Policy describes the current information-handling and request process.
