Information We Process
Property Insights processes account information, service requests, customer and property details, and operational notes that users choose to connect or enter into the service.
This can include names, service addresses, request details, property attributes, and workflow notes needed to operate the product.
Connected Services
When you connect Jobber, Property Insights uses the permission scopes you approve to read request, client, property, and service context needed to operate the connected workflow.
Property Insights V1 is read-only. It does not automatically create or update Jobber Requests, clients, properties, quotes, jobs, messages, or customer communications. Jobber remains the system of record.
How Information Is Used
We use connected and submitted information to show property intelligence, service recommendations, account status, support context, and product reliability information.
Sharing
We do not sell customer information. We may use trusted vendors to host, secure, and operate Property Insights, and we may share information when required to provide the service or comply with applicable obligations.
Retention and Requests
Account and connected workflow information is retained as needed to provide the service, support pilot operations, meet legal obligations, and respond to deletion or access requests.
Disconnecting Jobber ends the integration's authorization, removes its stored Jobber access credentials, and stops new Jobber access. Disconnecting does not by itself delete Property Insights account information or records already created from connected data.
To request account closure, access to your information, or deletion of Property Insights account and connected workflow information, contact the support address below. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal obligations.
